Hi, I’m Leesi …
On most days you will find me in the kitchen, creating some sort of delicacy with fresh ingredients to share with my friends and family. One could say food is my love language.
When I was a teenager my father moved to Bali, and since then it has been my second home. On my first visit to Bali I tried Jamu, a traditional Balinese health-tonic, and my family always has a bottle in the fridge as a go-to immunity booster and all-round yummy drink.
I learnt to make it with our Balinese cook and have made it ever since.
